Garry LowenthalExecutive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Lowenthal has over twenty years of senior operations & finance experience, and has served as a CEO, COO, and CFO, with a record of facilitating acquisitions, business launches, IPO's, reorganizations and turnarounds while driving rapid revenue production. Garry served as CFO for Viper Powersports Inc. (Pinksheets: VPWS), successfully completing a reverse-merger, while raising $22 million. Mr. Lowenthal also co-founded Growth Partners, a Management Consulting firm assisting and augmenting senior management and Boards of Directors for Public and Private Companies. Previously, Garry led the M&A and Post-Merger Integration practice for Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) for the Midwest Region, and also led the Corporate Recovery Consulting Practice for Touche-Ross (now Deloitte-Touch‚). Mr. Lowenthal was also the founder and President of a global Consumer Products company, which he successfully sold to a Fortune 200 company. Mr. Lowenthal also serves on the Boards of several corporations and professional associations, including the national Chairman of the Financial Executive International's Committee on Finance and Information Technology, and serves on its national Board of Directors and Executive Committee. FEI members consist of CFO's of public and private companies, including 98% of CFO's from the Fortune 500. Mr. Lowenthal received his undergraduate degrees in Accounting and Economics from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management and a Masters Degree in Finance and Taxation from the University of Minnesota.
